Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist

About the role

The Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist will oversee end‑to‑end ocean export and import processes for Schneider Electric, ensuring bookings, documentation and shipment execution are accurate and on time. The role is central to delivering a consistent, reliable customer experience through strong coordination and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full booking cycle – validation, scheduling and carrier coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Sea Waybill and Shipping Instructions.
• Track shipment progress, enforce cut‑off times and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Handle both FCL and LCL shipments, including co‑loader coordination.
• Maintain trackers to provide clear visibility of shipments.
• Support billing activities, invoice dispatch and dispute follow‑up.
• Conduct or support training sessions for vendors and customers.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced logistics environments and familiarity with ocean freight operations.
