About the role
The Customer Experience Ambassador will be the front‑line representative who creates a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers. You will guide customers toward the best Globe products and services, resolve issues, and support their journey across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide assistance and recommendations on Globe products and services to meet customer needs.
- Support customers in using digital channels through face‑to‑face digital assistance or education.
- Attend to sales and service requests, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Approve and process sales and service applications and related transactions in the system.
- Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions accurately.
