Customer Experience Ambassador

About the role

The Customer Experience Ambassador will ensure Globe customers enjoy a positive and memorable interaction with the brand. You will guide customers through digital channels, recommend suitable products and services, and resolve any issues they encounter. This role combines sales support, service assistance, and digital education to enhance the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in using digital channels through face‑to‑face digital assistance or education.
• Address sales and service needs, providing tailored recommendations on Globe’s products and services.
• Approve and process sales and service applications and related transactions in the system.
• Handle payments for bills, purchases and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
• Deliver timely resolutions to customer inquiries and problems, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with digital tools and follow established processes.
• Attention to detail when processing applications and payments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
