Key Account Manager (Data Center)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑oriented Key Account Manager with at least eight years of experience in an international environment. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key data‑center clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring top‑level customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned key accounts, design houses, and consultants.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored data‑center solutions.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Track and report account metrics, sales performance, and progress against targets.
• Provide market insights to support product and service development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Electronic Communication Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the data‑center industry within an international company.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication products, services and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
