About the role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador you will be the front‑line representative of Globe, delivering a positive and memorable experience to our customers. You will guide them through our digital channels, recommend the most suitable products and services, and resolve any issues they encounter.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers.
- Provide assistance and recommendations on Globe products and services that best meet customer needs.
- Support customers in using digital channels through face‑to‑face digital assistance or education.
- Attend to both sales and service needs, approving and processing applications and transactions in the system.
- Process payments for bills, purchases and other transactions.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sales and service inquiries efficiently.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and assisting customers in a face‑to‑face setting.
