About the role

As a Claims Coordinator at MasTec Communications Group you will join a safety‑focused team in the fast‑growing telecommunications sector, handling insurance and vehicle accident claims to support smooth operations. You will contribute to maintaining safety standards while supporting the company’s commitment to quality service.

Key responsibilities

Administer damage and vehicle accident claims for the Operations Department.
Facilitate company‑wide claims processing and coordinate with insurance representatives.
Prepare and present reports on accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries and near‑misses.
Maintain relationships with external agencies such as insurance carriers and brokers.

Required profile

Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
