Customer Due Diligence - Business Analyst

About the role

ING is hiring a Global KYC Business Analyst (CDD) in Manila to help build the Global KYC Digital Service, covering Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, Fraud, Sanctions and their implementation across more than 40 countries. The role works with market-leading vendors and colleagues from many disciplines and geographies, and involves managing a squad of about 7-9 people building a product based on FCRM technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Central Product Owner, who owns the product vision, roadmap, backlog and stakeholder management.
• Manage the squad to deliver the product vision and roadmap in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Support the Central Product Owner in executing the Tribe goals and solve impediments in product development.
• Create stories and features for the squad and monitor its quality and performance.
• Ensure alignment with other squads in the GKYC Delivery Tribe and that functional and non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance, legal and compliance) are met.
• Act as an end-consumer representative so the customer's experience and compliance needs are recognised.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree.
• 3-10 years of experience depending on the role specification and seniority.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and in international, IT-driven teams.
• Experience guiding change and driving high-impact initiatives.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Plus points for KYC (CDD, FATCA, CRS), client onboarding, AML/transaction monitoring or compliance experience, and knowledge of the FCRM application or Pega workflow tools.
