About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to lead employee development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact training sessions, creating engaging learning materials, and ensuring training outcomes align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for employees on a variety of topics to enhance skills and performance.
Develop training materials and manuals to improve delivery and learning experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational objectives.
Maintain detailed records of training participants and program outcomes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
13 years of experience in training or instructional design.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with eLearning software.
