About the role
The Brand Ambassador will lead the design and delivery of engaging training programs for employees, ensuring that learning initiatives align with business needs. This role requires a strong background in education or human resources and a proven ability to motivate and develop talent.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees.
- Assess training needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Document training processes and improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience.
- Patient and adaptable with a passion for teaching.
Required skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate audiences.
