Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the recruitment lifecycle, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and promote employee welfare initiatives. This role involves both office‑based coordination and occasional field visits to assess employee needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, manage job postings, and assist in candidate selection.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee welfare and engagement programs across the organization.
• Conduct fieldwork to evaluate employee satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
• Align company rules with everyday employee practices to maintain a cohesive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
• Excellent communication skills, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
