Contract Manager

About the role

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle of its water infrastructure construction projects across Greater Metro Manila. The role ensures contractual, legal, and commercial obligations are managed, protecting company interests while supporting successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead review, drafting, and negotiation of construction contracts, sub‑contracts, and service agreements.
• Interpret contract terms and advise internal stakeholders on compliance and execution.
• Maintain a centralized repository of contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, and claims, including entitlement evaluation and documentation.
• Identify contractual risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project financials against contractual terms, validate progress billings, and protect margins.
• Act as primary point of contact for contractual matters with key clients and lead dispute resolution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction contract management.
• Licensed Engineer or legal background preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and commercial negotiations.
