About the role
We are looking for a Content Moderator to evaluate, label and annotate multilingual text, images and videos in accordance with client policies and community guidelines. The role supports data training for machine‑learning models and ensures a safe online environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and classify content (text, images, videos) based on defined policies.
- Maintain high consistency and accuracy in data labeling for ML training.
- Identify trends, patterns or anomalies and report them to improve workflows.
- Escalate urgent compliance, delivery or quality issues following protocols.
- Meet core metrics such as Turnaround Time, Average Handling Time and occupancy.
- Manage time effectively in a high‑volume, accuracy‑critical environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on policy updates.
- Advocate for a safe user community while providing excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Digital literacy with proficiency in internet tools, search engines and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Language proficiency at B2 level (or equivalent CEFR) in the required language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail for high‑volume repetitive tasks.
- Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving guidelines.
- Customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.
