Content Moderator

About the role

We are looking for a Content Moderator to evaluate, label and annotate multilingual text, images and videos in accordance with client policies and community guidelines. The role supports data training for machine‑learning models and ensures a safe online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and classify content (text, images, videos) based on defined policies.
• Maintain high consistency and accuracy in data labeling for ML training.
• Identify trends, patterns or anomalies and report them to improve workflows.
• Escalate urgent compliance, delivery or quality issues following protocols.
• Meet core metrics such as Turnaround Time, Average Handling Time and occupancy.
• Manage time effectively in a high‑volume, accuracy‑critical environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on policy updates.
• Advocate for a safe user community while providing excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Digital literacy with proficiency in internet tools, search engines and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
• Language proficiency at B2 level (or equivalent CEFR) in the required language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for high‑volume repetitive tasks.
• Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving guidelines.
• Customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.
