Content Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who will own and expand our organic ecosystem. This remote position combines creation, strategy, and optimization to drive measurable pipeline growth for a fast‑moving B2B SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the company’s SEO, AEO, GEO/local authority, and LLM search strategies.
• Identify win opportunities, SERP vulnerabilities, and content gaps to outrank competitors.
• Manage technical and on‑page SEO, including site structure, schema markup, internal linking, metadata, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize the WordPress site for UX, conversion paths, CRO testing, analytics, and multi‑channel CTA performance.
• Develop and execute an annual organic content roadmap aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead the 2026 website rebrand’s content and SEO strategy in partnership with design and product teams.
• Produce SEO/AEO‑optimized blogs, guides, landing pages, gated assets, and tools.
• Refresh and expand evergreen content and transform expert insights into thought‑leadership pieces.
• Drive webinar strategy, content creation, promotion, and post‑event asset generation.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or a similarly competitive sector.
• Deep, modern SEO expertise with a data‑driven approach to measuring and reporting performance.
• Experience working closely with sales enablement, demand generation, product marketing, and PLG teams.
