Company Promoter (AFP) – Southern Zone

About the role

The Company Promoter will be responsible for promoting AFP Popular’s pension services to businesses in the southern region, ensuring high‑quality client acquisition and retention. This role involves direct interaction with corporate clients, delivering presentations, and managing affiliation contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit companies in the assigned zone to promote AFP Popular and encourage enrollment of their employees.
• Coordinate contract withdrawals, automatic enrollments, transfers, and schedule informational talks.
• Maintain and clean employee lists provided by companies for strategic business use.
• Verify the accuracy of affiliation and transfer contracts to prevent processing rejections.
• Deliver completed contracts to clients within established timelines.
• Conduct training sessions on the Dominican Social Security System (Law 87‑01) and answer participant questions.
• Provide personalized service, resolve complaints promptly, and guide clients on using the AFP Popular website.
• Support the preparation and distribution of affiliate account statements.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate.
• Familiarity with institutional policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Dominican Law No. 87‑01 concerning the Social Security System.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
