Company Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to lead occupational health initiatives and provide on‑site medical support for our employees. The role combines clinical care with health‑promotion programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment and first‑aid response in the workplace.
• Administer over‑the‑counter medication and conduct routine health checks.
• Promote healthy eating, wellness activities, and preventive health measures.
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding health trends and program effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable sickbay area for employee use.

Required profile

• Graduated from a nursing school with a valid nursing license.
• Experience working as a company or occupational health nurse.
• Completed clinical training in occupational health and nursing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• A warm, caring disposition toward employees.
