About the role
A Company Nurse will deliver basic healthcare services to employees, develop health and safety programs, assess health risks, and manage prevention and treatment of illness or injury within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic healthcare services to employees.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Assess health risks and prevent or treat resulting illness or injury.
- Conduct regular health assessments for staff.
- Maintain accurate health records for each employee.
- Communicate health and safety matters with company management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse professional license.
- At least one year of experience as a company or hospital nurse.
- Experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage.
Required skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Effective communication and critical‑thinking skills.
