Collections Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our collections specialists. The role combines classroom facilitation with the creation and maintenance of e‑learning content, ensuring alignment with operational goals, compliance standards and a customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual and blended training sessions for onboarding, upskilling and policy updates.
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, e‑learning modules and knowledge checks.
• Translate complex collections processes, call flows and regulatory requirements into clear, learner‑friendly content.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts, Compliance and Operations to ensure accuracy and version control.
• Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, troubleshooting and ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Gather feedback, monitor performance trends and recommend targeted training interventions.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in collections operations, preferably consumer collections.
• 2+ years of experience delivering training in a contact‑center or operations environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory content.
• Proven ability to create and maintain training materials and job aids.
