About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team of our new hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. The role involves preparing and presenting dishes while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the kitchen team in receiving, storing, defrosting and controlling the temperature of raw materials.
- Prepare and present dishes according to the hotel’s standards.
- Carry out periodic cleaning and disinfection tasks as defined in the cleaning plan.
- Handle food in compliance with current food‑safety regulations.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and report any incidents or shortages.
Required profile
- Proactive and dynamic attitude.
- Positive mindset, teamwork orientation, initiative and result‑driven approach.
- Previous experience working in restaurants or hotels.
Required skills
- Food handling and safety compliance.
- Temperature control of perishable goods.
- Cleaning and disinfection procedures.
