Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

Trend Micro is looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join the Cyber Threat Group 6 team. You will work closely with project managers, subject‑matter experts and solution architects to design, implement and optimise cloud‑based infrastructure and delivery pipelines that enable secure, scalable and reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both virtualised and physical workloads.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud (AWS/Azure) and on‑premises resources.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, CDK or Terraform.
• Integrate security and compliance checks early in the delivery pipeline (shift‑left security).
• Support application teams with containerisation, Docker/Kubernetes orchestration and cloud‑native deployment best practices.
• Develop tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and process‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum one year of experience deploying and managing workloads on AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate requirements into automated solutions.

Required skills

• CI/CD pipeline tools and Git‑based workflows.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
• Scripting/programming: Python (preferred), Bash, PowerShell.
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• API integrations and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Java or other application development (optional).
