Project Coordinator – E‑commerce Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in delivering e‑commerce initiatives on time and within budget. You will handle administrative duties, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks for the Project Manager and project team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Apply the project management process consistently across all assigned projects.
• Create outcome‑driven tasks from discovery and scope documents, including user stories, clear descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Assign tasks to internal resources (developers, designers, testers) and monitor daily progress.
• Provide clear feedback on open tasks, report issues, and define expected results.
• Organise and participate in WIP and stakeholder meetings, documenting decisions and actions.
• Assist the PM in maintaining detailed project plans and documentation (Jira tickets, briefs, handovers, work orders).
• Identify out‑of‑scope requests and support change‑request processes to prevent scope creep.
• Submit status reports covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Report risks and escalate issues according to the project work plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a digital Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Relevant project management certification preferred (Certificate IV in Project Management, CAPM, PMP a plus).
