IT Support Engineer

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to production users across macOS and iOS devices. The role is based in Manila and serves as the primary escalation point for the hub, ensuring smooth operation of studio environments and secure device management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and escalated technical support for macOS and iOS users via the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain studio environments for workshops and confidential production work.
• Deploy devices with correct Jamf policies, manage lifecycle activities, and ensure security controls are applied.
• Support connectivity, VPN issues, and coordinate network or security changes with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking, inventory records, and coordinate equipment deployment with Operations and Facilities.
• Assist with budget planning and procurement by identifying technology needs.
• Ensure compliance with client security standards and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Participate in on‑call and out‑of‑hours support rotations aligned with production schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user and post‑production technical support, particularly with Mac and iOS environments.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, and other production‑related applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global engineers, operations teams, and client technical contacts.
