About the role

Trinity University of Asia is seeking a part‑time Clinical Instructor to join its nursing program in Quezon City. The instructor will guide nursing students in real‑world clinical environments, ensuring they achieve required competencies and uphold professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations.
• Develop and deliver lectures, skills demonstrations, and case discussions.
• Assess student performance through practical and written evaluations.
• Coordinate with clinical partners to arrange placement sites and maintain safety.
• Promote ethical and professional conduct in all learning activities.
• Participate in curriculum development and research initiatives.

Required profile

• Active professional nursing licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Previous teaching or clinical supervision experience in an academic setting.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to student‑centered learning and integration of Christian values.
