Client Platform Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

Kroll Business Services (KBS) is looking for an entry‑level Client Platform Coordinator to help build and deliver client‑facing data collection websites, dashboards, and workflow automations. The role operates in a fast‑paced, ticket‑driven environment supporting daily operational requests across our global support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and publish forms, dashboards, and monday.com boards under senior guidance.
• Implement field logic, validations, and content mappings using XML and XPath.
• Build and maintain basic Power BI reports with governed datasets.
• Set up monday.com automations to support business workflows.
• Assist in testing, validation, release documentation, and ticket resolution.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow established frameworks and documentation standards.
• Willingness to learn platform architecture and increase technical independence over time.

Required skills

• XML and XPath for form logic.
• Power BI report building and basic DAX.
• Monday.com configuration (boards, columns, automations).
• Introductory SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with SendGrid, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Jira/ServiceNow, Git, and SDLC testing concepts.
