Chat Assistant – Hotel Reservations (Weekdays Only)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Online Assistants to join our Hotel Reservation team. In this non‑voice position you will handle guest inquiries through chat and email, helping them secure bookings, modify reservations, and obtain information about our properties. The role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with weekends off, providing a balanced work‑life experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to hotel reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and cancellation requests via chat and email.
• Provide accurate details on room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Maintain high‑quality written communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update and record customer and reservation data in internal systems.
• Follow company guidelines for quality, compliance, and data security.

Required profile

• High school graduate (K‑12 or Old Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer‑service experience, preferably non‑voice.
• Strong written English skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer usage and fast typing.
• Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule (weekends off).
