About the role
The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, this role focuses on driving sales activities and ensuring accurate documentation of plans and outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales objectives.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales initiatives to promote retail banking products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Minimum of four years of academic study in a relevant program.
- Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong leadership mindset and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls, financial management, and account management.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, procedures, and bank products.
