Business Relationship Officer – Clark Branch

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Clark branch in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role focuses on driving sales performance and strengthening customer relationships within the retail banking segment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and essential information.
• Develop and execute effective sales initiatives to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling efforts to meet volume objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Minimum of four years of academic study (graduated).
• Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on strategic planning.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
