Business Relationship Officer – Capas, Tarlac

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The position is based in Capas, Tarlac and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales actions and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• At least four years of academic or professional experience in a sales or banking environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and apply learned tools in leadership.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
