Business Relationship Officer – Bacoor Salinas

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based at the Bacoor‑Salinas branch, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
- Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
