About the role
CIIT is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Philippine education by creating industry‑relevant training programs and expanding strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Center for Professional Development, overseeing sales, program development, and daily operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for specialist courses and corporate training programs.
- Develop and launch training programs aligned with market demand and business objectives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporate clients and industry organizations.
- Monitor program profitability, enrollment conversion, participant satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in sales team coordination, leadership, or supervision.
- Familiarity with school operations, training centers, or similar educational institutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
