About the role
The Business Development Expert will engage prospective customers by phone and email, collaborate closely with Account Executives, and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. This role focuses on building strong relationships with partners, retailers, and community stakeholders while ensuring successful project implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through phone and email outreach.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure clear communication and smooth hand‑offs.
- Demonstrate strong product, competitor and industry knowledge to make a great first impression.
- Act as a product knowledge expert and overcome prospective customer objections.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve and optimise sales processes.
- Ensure proper implementation of projects and programs to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners to grow the business.
- Oversee sales operations for various channels.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, Tiangge operators, local government units, barangays and schools.
