About the role
The Business Development Expert will drive revenue growth by executing programs and strategic initiatives that identify, acquire, and engage new accounts and partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring wide distribution, and overseeing sales operations across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation of projects and programs to meet area revenue targets.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners to expand business opportunities.
- Oversee sales operations for various distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with retailers, Tiangge operators, local government units, barangays, and schools.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve revenue goals.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
