Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Mega Prime Foods as a Brand Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth and relevance for our consumer‑focused portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into compelling campaigns and sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Own initiatives across positioning, communication, campaigns, innovation, pricing, promotions, and portfolio development.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and activations, managing agencies and internal teams.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams to ensure strong execution across channels.
• Monitor performance metrics such as market share, sales, and campaign effectiveness, recommending actions for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Development on new product launches, renovations, packaging, and portfolio initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, marketing campaigns, and commercial growth drivers.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, presentation, and communication skills.
