BIM Modeler (UD2 C&S)

About the role
We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will support the Singapore C&S team and contribute to the creation of accurate BIM models, detailed drawings, and quantity schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
- Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
- Create detailed drawings using CAD.
- Generate quantity schedules using BIM.
- Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams locally and overseas.
- Perform BIM modelling and coordination work.
Required profile
- Experience producing BIM models and general arrangement plans.
- Ability to provide BIM and drafting support to an international team.
- Capability to collaborate with CS, AR, and MEP stakeholders across locations.
