BIM Modeler (UD2 C&S)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will support the Singapore C&S team and contribute to the creation of accurate BIM models, detailed drawings, and quantity schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create detailed drawings using CAD.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams locally and overseas.
• Perform BIM modelling and coordination work.

Required profile

• Experience producing BIM models and general arrangement plans.
• Ability to provide BIM and drafting support to an international team.
• Capability to collaborate with CS, AR, and MEP stakeholders across locations.
