About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer – Piling to support the MCRP-02 Railway Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves supervising and coordinating all bored‑pile activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising piling works on site, covering both day and night shifts.
- Ensure proper execution of bored‑pile works according to approved method statements and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and maintain effective communication with engineers and client representatives.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to guarantee smooth site operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in bored‑pile construction.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation management.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the bored‑pile construction process.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating subcontractors.
- Understanding of quality control and documentation practices.
- Ability to work across shifts as required.
