Bank Teller – Customer Sales & Service Associate

About the role

The Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) works at the front line of the bank, delivering fast, accurate and caring service to clients for their everyday banking needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to start a career in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Processing over‑the‑counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assisting UNIPRO with activities like scanning, filing signature cards and other bank documents.
• Reviewing all check transactions and verifying the authenticity of received notes.
• Cross‑selling existing branch products to current clients.
• Referring clients with queries or interest in other bank products to the appropriate specialists.
• Continuously providing a “WOW” customer experience to all transacting clients.
• Performing other functions as assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably business‑related.
• No prior work experience required; experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of initiative and innovation.
• Ability to work well with people from various socio‑economic classes.
• Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area.
