Reinsurance Credit Control Analyst (Fiduciary)

About the role

Guy Carpenter, a leading reinsurance intermediary, is seeking Credit Control Analysts (Fiduciary) for its new business division in Manila. The role supports payment, reporting, reconciliation and compliance activities for the Asia portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Record all activities in the workflow system to meet payment, reporting, reconciliation and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day‑to‑day payment queries and elevate issues as needed.
• Identify cash‑flow problems, dashboard efficiency issues or service delivery concerns and recommend solutions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, prospects and internal teams.
• Assist with RFP activity by providing accurate collection/remittance reports.
• Reconcile outstanding fiduciary balances with clients and reinsurers, follow up on receivables and propose payments.
• Analyze fiduciary metric balances and minimize exchange exposure in multi‑currency transactions.
• Support ad‑hoc requests and participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage workload and client expectations effectively.
• Prior experience in credit control or fiduciary functions within reinsurance is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work daytime hours aligned with Asia time zones.
• Junior candidates: 2‑3 years of experience; Senior candidates: 4‑7 years of experience.
