Back End Developer – Data Extraction & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Back End Developer to lead data extraction, processing and automation for our telecom network management systems. The role focuses on delivering accurate KPI/KQI data, maintaining dashboards and ensuring the reliability of backend scripts and servers.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and sanitize performance data from NMS platforms (M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom, SEQ) on a weekly basis.
• Process MSS data, update 2G/3G/LTE grouplists and maintain extraction templates.
• Develop, modify, activate and deactivate backend scripts for automation and stakeholder requests.
• Verify data source integrity, perform weekly and monthly dashboard updates across multiple domains (Mobile, Broadband, Voice, Roaming, etc.).
• Conduct housekeeping of raw dashboard data, manage OS and SMD portal users, and monitor server performance (disk, memory, CPU).
• Configure thresholds and busy‑hour metrics for newly integrated data sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in backend development, data extraction and processing within a telecom environment.
• Familiarity with network management systems such as M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom and SEQ.
• Experience in automation scripting and dashboard management.
