Azure Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Azure Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and configure intelligent autonomous agents that support business processes. The role combines application development with advanced AI orchestration using Microsoft Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop intelligent agents with Semantic Kernel, LangChain or similar frameworks, creating workflows that include planning, memory, tool usage and adaptive reasoning.
• Implement prompt chaining and function calling to enable multi‑step task execution.
• Integrate agentic solutions with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions and enterprise APIs, and prototype use cases for automation, decision support and knowledge management.
• Apply Responsible AI principles, monitor agent behavior, and ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI‑driven application development.
• Hands‑on experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain or comparable agentic frameworks.
• Strong background in Azure AI services, especially Azure OpenAI and Azure Functions.
• Proficiency in Python and designing multi‑step orchestration logic.
• Solid understanding of large language models, prompt chaining and autonomous agent design.
