Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to promote and sell BYD vehicles and related services. The role involves building relationships with individual, corporate and institutional customers through phone calls, telemarketing, networking and showroom interactions. You will be responsible for guiding customers from inquiry to vehicle delivery while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell BYD vehicles as well as ancillary products such as in‑house financing, comprehensive insurance, accessories and rust‑proofing.
• Generate and nurture individual leads through phone inquiries, referrals and prospecting.
• Develop corporate accounts by presenting car plans, loan options and managing fleet purchases.
• Assist walk‑in customers in the showroom, conduct vehicle releases, and orient customers on vehicle operation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, release units for pick‑up or delivery, and handle license‑plate and registration paperwork.
• Provide after‑sales support, including coordination of LTO registration, maintenance scheduling and insurance claim assistance.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas on a monthly and annual basis.
• Maintain the company’s image and foster strong customer relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
