Audit Specialist – Inventory Reconciliation

About the role

The Audit Specialist (Inventory Reconciliation) will support Enable PH’s finance team by overseeing inventory movements and ensuring they are accurately reflected in the company’s financial records. This role plays a key part in maintaining reliable reporting and assisting with month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily inventory transactions across all warehouses.
• Validate inventory data against accounting records to guarantee accuracy.
• Prepare and review inventory‑related entries for month‑end financial statements.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve inventory controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to upholding internal audit standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory accounting principles.
• Familiarity with month‑end closing procedures.
