Assistant Restaurant Manager (SM North Edsa)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our SM North Edsa outlet in Quezon City. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure food safety, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene programs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day dine‑in and take‑home service operations, ensuring prompt customer service.
• Drive sales initiatives and maintain relationships with institutional accounts.
• Identify operational and cost‑management opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and shift management.
• Handle store administrative tasks such as office organization, securing permits, preparing reports and maintaining safety programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food or Business‑related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all store levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to shifting schedules and long hours.
• Willingness to be assigned to the SM North Edsa location in Quezon City.
