Assistant Restaurant Manager (Festival Mall, Muntinlupa)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant located in Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The role combines operational oversight, customer service excellence, and team leadership to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and store safety programs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day dine‑in and take‑home service operations, ensuring prompt attention to customer needs.
• Support sales growth by building client relationships and engaging institutional accounts.
• Identify operational and cost‑management opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, orientation, scheduling and shift management for the store team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office organization, securing government permits, preparing store reports, and other store‑level activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food or Business‑related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all store levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to shifting schedules and long hours.
• Willingness to be assigned to Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
