Assistant Restaurant Manager – Festival Mall, Muntinlupa

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering excellent dine‑in and take‑home service at Festival Mall. This role ensures compliance with food safety, cleanliness standards, and drives sales growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness programs for the assigned area.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of dine‑in and take‑home services, ensuring prompt customer service.
• Support sales initiatives by managing client business relations for institutional accounts and enhancing customer engagement.
• Identify operational and cost‑management opportunities to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, orientation, scheduling, and shift management.
• Handle store administrative tasks such as office organization, securing government permits, preparing store reports, and overseeing store safety programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food or Business‑related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all store operation levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle opposition.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, long hours, and be assigned to Festival Mall, Muntinlupa.
