Architect – Transportation Projects

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Architect to support its transportation and infrastructure projects worldwide. You will work closely with principals, the project director, and the project architect to deliver efficient, cost‑effective design solutions across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform technical project tasks for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop schematic designs, contribute to detailed design documentation, and produce specifications based on the terms of reference.
• Collaborate with architectural staff and A/E consultants, providing oversight and technical guidance.
• Manage design phases including site analysis, concept, schematic, design development, and detailed documentation.
• Assist less‑experienced team members and ensure quality throughout the architectural workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or interior‑related industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Understanding of building science and technical detailing for intermodal projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit with documented work experience.
