Architect – Depot & Ancillary Structures

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Design Architect to lead the detailed design and final development of depot and ancillary buildings. The role involves working on a portfolio of at least sixteen structures, ensuring they meet international and local standards while supporting sustainable mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural detailed designs through to final design for a minimum of 16 depot buildings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international design codes such as Vietnamese Bdlg Code, NFPA, ADA, and railway transit & depot standards.
• Produce and manage CAD and Revit models, documentation, and construction drawings.
• Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and quality control.
• Coordinate with construction teams and oversee design implementation on site when required.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience as a Design Architect, preferably with depot or ancillary building projects.
• Licensed architect with a strong portfolio in ancillary and depot structures.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Bdlg Code.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards.
• Knowledge of ADA requirements.
• Familiarity with Railway Transit & Depot Design guidelines.
