About the role
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer with expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite to join our team in Taguig. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of integrated applications and providing technical assistance to end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on SAP BTP Integration Suite and independently resolve complex issues.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee seamless application integration.
- Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions to promote knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end‑users for effective application utilization.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions and their implementation.
- Comfortable working with various programming languages and support tools.
