Application Support Engineer – SAP BTP Integration Suite

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to own and enhance our enterprise integration platform built on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI). The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operation of critical business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Guide team members and take ownership of technical decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align projects with business goals
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and application issues
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and technical training
• Participate in project planning and execution
• Provide innovative integration solutions across teams

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Senior‑level expertise in enterprise integration
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Strong experience with SAP PO/PI
• Hands‑on experience in API development
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and best practices
• Experience with cloud‑based integration solutions
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages and integration tools
