Amazon Vendor Central Account Manager

About the role

As an Amazon Vendor Central Account Manager you will own a portfolio of large product catalogs on Amazon’s 1P marketplace. You will drive revenue growth by optimizing listings, managing inventory, and resolving account issues through data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Vendor Central operations for assigned accounts, including catalog management, PO processing, inventory planning and replenishment.
• Optimize product content – titles, descriptions, images, A+ content – and conduct listing relaunches and cleanup to improve visibility and conversion.
• Monitor compliance, handle case resolution, and address suppressions or other account health issues.
• Analyze sales, profitability, margins, promotions and PPC impact to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and fulfillment teams to prevent stock‑outs and ensure readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Amazon Vendor Central (1P) experience with ownership of account health and business performance.
• Proven track record managing large catalogs with hundreds to thousands of ASINs across multiple brands.
